What a sweet couple and an amazing intimate wedding. I had the privilege of flying to Durango Colorado to share in this intimate and personalized wedding elopement with Sierra and Lucas.
This couple fell in love with a tiny mountain town and made the decision that this was the place they wanted to start a fresh life and adventure together. They moved from Denver, Colorado to Durango and built a tiny home together.
June 30th was the day they chose to share their vows with family and friends as witness.
Colorado mornings can be very unpredictable, we were prepared for rain or sunshine and the day proved to be blessed with beautiful sunshine and only a few drops of rain just as we were finishing up portrait time.
L&S are both lovers of nature and the great outdoors and share a passion for adventure.
They chose to share their vows barefoot and connected to Mother earth
Being grounded with nature and Mother Earth L&S chose to kick off their matching orange Chaco saddles as they committed their lives to one another.
Sierra created a personalized rock ceremony binding each to the other. Ring box, vow books and flowers are a few of the personal touches to this ceremony.
L&S chose a very intimate mountain wedding ceremony with just their closest family and friends to witness and celebrate their union to each other.
They dreamed of a small mountain wedding at the exact location where they had set their dreams in motion and that is exactly what they did.
Matching chaco sandals, so cute.
Taking a moment to just relax together and make this day intentional and unique.
Congratulations to you both and may your journey through life together bring you endless abundance and happiness.
