Love stories are unique and beautiful, each with its own twists and turns. Erica and Christopher’s journey came full circle as they embarked on a heartfelt elopement in the picturesque town of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. As their photographer, I had the privilege of capturing the intimate moments that unfolded during their special day.

High School Sweethearts Reunite:

Erica and Christopher’s love story began in high school, where they were inseparable sweethearts. Life took them on separate paths for a while, but fate had other plans. After years of individual journeys, they found their way back to each other, rekindling the flame that had never truly extinguished.

Erica and Christopher chose a quiet location just for the two of them to share a first look together.  The fun and emotion of a first look show as they embrace each other and cherish this special moment before sharing their vows with friends and family.

The Allure of this intimate elopement Boutique:

For their intimate ceremony, Erica and Christopher chose the enchanting Flythecoop boutique. Surrounded by a small group of close friends and family, including Erica’s  two teenage sons, the couple exchanged vows in a setting that radiated charm and intimacy. The boutique provided the perfect ambiance for a celebration of love.

Elopement Bliss:

Erica and Christopher’s decision to have an elopement reflected their desire for an intimate celebration that focused solely on their love and commitment to each other. The all-inclusive elopement package, including Teri as their officiant, me as their photographer, a bride bouquet, and boutonniere, sweetheart cake, allowed them to create a day that was not only beautiful but also stress-free, allowing them to savor every moment.

Capturing Moments by the Lake:

Following the heartfelt ceremony, Erica, Christopher, and I ventured out to the docks at Lake Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, just a short distance from the boutique. The serene waters and breathtaking views became the canvas for capturing sweet moments that will be cherished forever.

As the sun began to set, painting the sky in hues of gold, the atmosphere became even more magical.

Erica and Christopher’s elopement in Coeur D’Alene was a testament to the enduring power of love. From their high school days to the intimate ceremony,  the picturesque moments by the lake, every aspect of their special day was filled with meaning.
